Registration of new payment remark

Have you received a notification of a new registration of a payment remark? Bislab AS is a credit information agency, and in our operations, we are subject to the law on the processing of information in credit information activities and the law on the processing of personal data, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). Our database contains information from public registers, as well as several collection agencies and enforcement authorities. To ensure the quality of our information, and to inform you about the information being registered about you, we send a notification before a payment remark is added to our database.

If you disagree with the registration you have received, you must immediately, and no later than 14 days, contact the collection agency or the instance handling the matter. The collection agency or the instance will ensure that the case is deleted if it has been mistakenly reported to us. Otherwise, the remark(s) will be entered as shown in the notification you received. An unresolved remark will normally remain registered in our database for 4 years from the date of registration. If the claim is paid, the remark will be deleted immediately when we receive notification of this.
