Responsibilities
As Senior Sales Manager at Bislab, your responsibilities will include:
- Hunting and closing new business across the Nordic market - banking, finance, insurance, telecom, energy, and debt collection
- Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to signed agreement and successful handover
- Building and maintaining senior-level relationships to position Bislab as a trusted partner across the region
- Getting under the skin of our products - understanding the technology well enough to have credible conversations with technically demanding buyers
- Collaborating closely with product and leadership to bring customer needs into our roadmap
- Providing structured market insights and competitive intelligence to inform business and product strategy
What We're Looking For
- A genuine hunter - you thrive on winning new business, and you do it as part of a team, not in spite of one.
- Proven success in complex B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or financial services - we care more about track record than years on a CV
- Experience from a startup or scale-up - you know what it means to build, adapt, and sell in environments where things move fast and expectations are high
- Curiosity for what you’re selling - a genuine interest in credit risk, financial data, or fintech, and the ability (and appetite) to develop real technical understanding over time
- Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, proactive, and motivated by ambitious targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish, with excellent English skills
