Repartee letter

Have you received a repartee letter from Bislab? It is common for companies, when they have a legitimate need, to conduct a credit check on their customers. This can be in connection with a loan application, subscription, or when making a purchase online via invoice. Regardless of why someone has conducted a credit check on you, you are entitled to receive a repartee letter that contains information about which company requested this and what information has been provided.

Bislab's credit reporting activity is responsible for processing your credit information, and inquiries regarding any errors in the credit information can be directed in writing, with documentation, to us at support@bislab.no. If, on the other hand, you have questions about why a credit assessment has been taken on you, or if you suspect identity theft, you can contact the company that credit checked you directly. Which company this is and contact information for the company is stated in the repartee letter you have received.

Our customers use an automated solution that calculates a credit risk in the form of a score. This is based on various variables that provide a statistical risk of incurring a payment default. Bislab points out that our customers use the information from us differently, and it is the individual customer who makes the final decision.
