What does Bislab offer in Denmark?

Company credit scores, monitoring and company data for Danish businesses, built on CVR, annual accounts and Statstidende and delivered through an API.

Who may run a credit bureau in Denmark?

Disclosing information on financial standing and creditworthiness as a business requires a licence from Datatilsynet (Danish Data Protection Act, section 26). Bislab ApS is approved by Datatilsynet.

Do the rules also cover information about companies?

Yes. When a credit bureau processes information about companies, the Data Protection Act and the GDPR also apply to it (section 2(2)).
